This thesis' goal is to apply the terms trust and reputation from the point of view of artificial intelligence to social network analysis methods. It evaluates current available interactions for a model of trust considering various social networks. A mathematical model of trust for Facebook is designed and described in further parts. This model had been implemented in Python programming language. Experiments regarding this thesis are conducted on a sample amount of Facebook users and furthermore analyzed from the perspective of both artificial intelligence and social psychology.

Resonant TERS of a Single-Molecule Kondo System

Single-molecule tip-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (TERS) under ultra-high vacuum (UHV) and cryogenic conditions enables exploration of the relations between the adsorption geometry, electronic state, and vibrational fingerprints of individual molecules. TERS capability of reflecting spin states in open-shell molecular configurations is yet unexplored. Here we use the tip of a scanning probe microscope to lift a perylene-3,4,9,10-tetracarboxylic dianhydride (PTCDA) molecule from a metal surface to bring it into an open-shell spin one-half anionic state. We reveal a correlation between the appearance of a Kondo resonance in the differential conductance spectroscopy and concurrent characteristic changes captured by the TERS measurements. Through a detailed investigation of various adsorbed and tip-contacted PTCDA scenarios, we infer that the Raman scattering on the suspended PTCDA is resonant with a higher excited state. Theoretical simulation of the vibrational spectra enables a precise assignment of the individual TERS peaks to high-symmetry Ag modes, including the fingerprints of the observed spin state. These findings highlight the potential of TERS in capturing complex interactions between charge, spin, and photophysical properties in nanoscale molecular systems, and suggest a pathway for designing spin-optical devices using organic molecules

Preparation of magnetic nanoparticles by one step synthesis with morphology of particles changed based on time of reaction and temperature treatment

In present study, nanosized iron oxides particles are synthetised by easy one step precipitation from Mohric salt (NH4)(2)Fe(SO4)(2)center dot 6H(2)O reacting with sodium hydroxide solution in temperature up to 60 degrees C. When changing the time of reaction, the iron oxide particles of different shape are prepared and when drying wet extracted particles at elevated temperature of 60 degrees C the change of 2D shaped morphology is observed. Depending on the time of reaction different ratios of FeOOH and Fe3O4 are obtained in this study. DTA - TGA, XRD, FTIR and SEM are used for the characterisation of particles in this study

Reduced graphene oxide-based nanometal-composite containing copper and silver nanoparticles protect tomato and pepper against Xanthomonas euvesicatoria infection

Xanthomonas euvesicatoria (Xe) is of the genera Xanthomonas, which causes a bacterial spot disease that affects tomato and pepper plants, resulting in significant economic losses. Commonly used bactericides lead to pathogen resistance, environmental contamination and a current risk to human health. Herein, a nanocomposite consisting of Cu and Ag loaded onto reduced graphene oxide (rGO) was synthesized, characterized and tested. After confirmation of the antibacterial properties in vitro, nanocomposites at concentrations of 50 and 500 µg mL MINUS SIGN 1 were applied to protect tomato and pepper plants under controlled greenhouse conditions. The tomato and pepper plants indicated significantly lower disease severity when treated with the nanocomposite (15.6 and 16.7%, respectively) than when treated with the commercial copper-based bactericide Kocide(R) 2000. The nanocomposite was demonstrated as a high-efficiency biocide and has the potential for crop disease management with no phytotoxic effect.O

The importance of vulnerable areas with potential tourism development: a case study of the Bohemian forest and South Bohemia tourism regions

The significance of the vulnerability of nature-rich areas with high development potential for tourism was studied using three types of data: 1) spatial distribution of tourist attractions, 2) the appeal level of these attractions, and 3) the number of visitors. The Bohemian Forest and South Bohemia were chosen as study areas. Nine types of landscape spatial appeal were identified in the study area. Two most important types were defined based on their appeal where there are rare relic features in the natural environment dominated by the presence of peat bogs and natural habitats with scrub undergrowth or virgin forests. These types were also found in the areas with the greatest potential for tourism development. However, these areas are also the most important from the point of view of nature conservation and landscape protection in Central Europe

The aim of this thesis is to measure the plowing set´s consumption of fuel using unilateral and reversible plow under equal conditions of an agricultural enterprise in the Czech Republic, and to evaluate the obtained results. Another aim of the thesis is to respond to scientific hypotheses as to which of the observed technologies has an impact on cost savings and whether this technology has an impact on the quality of the crop. The content of the thesis is a description of soil and its characteristics, it further deals with soil processing, tillage especially and its parameters, and tools needed for these operations. It then describes plow construction especially. Last but not least, the thesis contains factors which may influence work economy. The measuring has clarified the consumption of unilateral and reversible plows´ set under equal conditions. Based on this consumption it was found out which technology is more economical, optionally giving the growth of percentage

The model has been enhanced with remarks from the UMAP 2013 conference and its scalability and flexibility were verified. Basic terminology from personality psychology is explained and then used to find correlation between trust and users' personality. The model Big Five is chosen to represent user's character and a questionnaire is designed. Said questionnaire is used to find correlation between Big Five and the multi-context trust model. This correlation is estimated based on knowledge from the field of sociology and then verified on real Facebook users.
